bill pay nightmaress

I love my bank's bill pay option. I get payed by-weekly. I pay my bills the Monday after the pay day. I can see at a glance what bills are due to be payed this time.
one check pays rent, lights, Internet; then the next check pays both car payments... and so on.
I got a letter inference to my car payment. they have not received a payment in 2 months. I look on line and see a payment from the last 4 paychecks has been received and cashed to the wrong auto account. WHAT THE HECK
I got a letter in the mail telling me my auto insurance has been reinstated.
Reinstated.what the heck?
I log on to my bill pay and see the payment
for June check
for July check
for Aug check
for Sept check
I call the insurance office and ask what what is going on. they tell me i payed 0 for car insurance in Aug. but paid $30 and $130 for renters insurance in Aug.
I called the bank for both problems. the bank seems to think i have made a mistake.
I ask the lady how can i pay the bills the exact same way for more than a year. and now the money is not going to the proper place. she is not sure what i have done but the mistake must be mine. the bill pay can not change the information that is put in there.

So I am confused. I sign on the bill pay each Monday after pay day. put the amount in the box for each bill to be paid that week and hit the "pay" button. but some how the payees information has changed. and it(according to the bank ) my fault. so now i have to contact all my payees to conform they have received the payment my bill pay shows they have gotten.
what kind of crap is that?

I think i miss wachovia
