fighting for credit of final project...

Today I am trying to sleep a bit before I have to get ready for work( it is hard to get the day time sleeping pattern back after a night or two off)
I realize I have not spoke to my academic councilor yet, I have left 3 messages. I would like to talk to her about my final paper in the class that ended 8/3.
I call and hear her message... if you call during work hours I will try to call you back the same day.
I finally get to sleep.
she calls
I explain what I know about my final paper not being graded, all of the post( online computer all work is turned in in a blog like setting) showed up when i checked for content, yet when the instructor opened the post to grade it only half of the paper showed up.

this lady told me she could not talk to the teacher to get a better grade...
it took me almost 45min. to make her understand
it is the school I need her help with, I need here to fight for me to be allowed to have the paper graded.

so tonight i took all email, tech support notes and what I could find from the original post, and faxed it to the academic councilor. I should hear something in a day or two.

Note this councilor is new to me. my councilor has left the job only two weeks before all of this happened. the new girl I hope is brighter than she has appeared so far.
